Saxophone

Classical and contemporary saxophone repertoire was my primary specialization during my undergraduate career, when I studied with Dr. John Sampen at Bowling Green State University.

I received recognition and awards for my playing during this time, including winning the BGSU Chamber Music Competition in 2009 and honorable mention at the MTNA Regional Chamber Music competition, both with the Borealis Quartet. I was a two-time finalist in the BGSU Concerto Competition.

I am currently the principal saxophone player for the Akron Symphonic Winds, the Akron metro's premier professional wind band and lead alto player for the Akron Big Band.

Musical Theater

I am an accomplished multi-instrumentalist specializing in woodwind doubling and an in-demand performer for musical theater pit orchestras at the collegiate and professional levels.

The following is a partial list of productions of which I have been a part.
